Infinity Infusions is a nurse-led intravenous (IV) infusion clinic operating in New South Wales, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). All IV therapies are provided under approved medical oversight by registered prescribing practitioners.
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Infinity Infusions provides wellness-focused IV hydration and nutrient infusions.
Our services:
Are not a substitute for medical care
Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
Are provided following individual clinical screening and practitioner approval
All clients must complete a medical questionnaire and informed consent prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with your GP or healthcare provider.

4. Eligibility for Treatment
You must:
Be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent)
Complete all required medical screening forms truthfully
Be assessed as clinically suitable by our nursing team and prescribing practitioner
Certain medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy may exclude eligibility.
5. Informed Consent
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:
IV therapy involves risks including bruising, infection, allergic reaction, or vein irritation
You have had the opportunity to ask questions
You consent to treatment following clinical assessment
You understand outcomes cannot be guaranteed
Written consent is required before each infusion.
6. Advertising Compliance
Infinity Infusions complies with Australian therapeutic advertising laws.
We do not:
Claim guaranteed results
Use testimonials referring to medical conditions
Promote prescription-only medicines directly to consumers
Any service descriptions are general in nature and wellness-focused.
7. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations
Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability and clinical approval.
Payments
Full payment is required prior to treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost
8. Privacy & Medical Records
We collect personal and health information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
Your information is:
Stored securely
Used only for clinical care and business operations
Never sold or shared without consent (unless legally required)

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, you must notify us as soon as possible prior to your appointment time. In this circumstance, your deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 4 weeks of the original date. This courtesy reschedule is available once per appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
