How it works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Book here or via our Instagram and Facebook social pages.
Meet with our Registered Nurse for a health screening and assessment. Your treatment plan will then be reviewed and prescribed by our Doctor.
Initial IV therapy appointment includes nurse assessment, doctor consultation, and infusion (approx. 1.5 hours). A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied toward your treatment. The $100 deposit and the $35 doctor charge will be taken off your total cost.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. In cases of illness or emergency, your deposit may be held as a credit for one rescheduled appointment within 4 weeks. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

What to expect?
Your infusion typically lasts between 30-90 minutes depending on the treatment.
Clients can relax comfortably while the
infusion is administered by a registered nurse.
After your infusion
Many clients report feeling refreshed and hydrated shortly after treatment.
Your nurse will provide post-infusion care instructions following your appointment.
Step 3: Ongoing Treatments
Your prescription remains valid for approximately 6 months and subject to change. During this time, you can book recommended infusions as advised by our Registered Nurse. After 6 months, a new consultation is required to continue treatment. The $35 doctor charge will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

No referral is required.
All clients undergo a health screening and clinical assessment prior to treatment. If needed, we may recommend discussing IV therapy with your GP.

IV therapy may not be suitable for everyone. It is generally not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, including hepatic (liver), cardiac (heart), or renal (kidney) conditions. Treatment may also not be appropriate during pregnancy or for those taking specific medications.
All clients are assessed on a case-by-case basis prior to treatment to ensure safety and suitability. In some cases, medical clearance may be required before proceeding.
Please note that IV therapy is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over.

Appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, you must notify us as soon as possible prior to your appointment time. In this circumstance, your deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 4 weeks of the original date. This courtesy reschedule is available once per appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
