Appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, you must notify us as soon as possible prior to your appointment time. In this circumstance, your deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 4 weeks of the original date. This courtesy reschedule is available once per appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
