Prior to the appointment, we'll collect some important details from each participant:

Date of birth
Email address
Contact phone number
Each person will receive a confidential electronic medical pre-screening questionnaire to complete before their appointment.
This allows us to review relevant health information, medical history and current medications in preparation for an individual assessment.

Your health and wellbeing are always our priority.
Each participant is assessed individually to determine their clinical needs and whether any further care is appropriate.
Where required, a video consultation with our prescribing medical practitioner will be arranged before any proposed treatment proceeds.
All clinical decisions are based on individual suitability, medical assessment and informed consent.

On the day, Natalie will arrive at your designated location with the necessary clinical equipment and supplies.
We'll organise a suitable private space, complete the required nursing assessments and discuss the next steps with each participant.
Any subsequent clinical procedures will only take place following the appropriate assessment, authorisation and consent.
Throughout your appointment, Natalie will be available to answer questions, provide information and ensure professional nursing care.
And of course, there's always room for friendly conversation and a little laughter along the way!
